Returns
Unfortunately, we cannot offer full refunds as all of our jewelry is handmade to order. In some cases, we will allow exceptions. Please contact hello@adore-adorn.com for specific grievances.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@adore-adorn.com.

Beautification
Our jewelry's quality is best maintained when taking special care to your metals and gemstones. Please act with care and keep your item in a velvet bag or jewelry box when not in use. If you feel your item has been unnecessarily damaged due to no fault of your own, please do not hesitate to contact us.
