How much is shipping
We offer standard free shipping for orders +$400 through USPS. All other shipping rates are calculated through USPS, UPS, or DHL for international orders. All packages are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise.
We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
Returning Policy
1. We strive for order satisfaction. We deliver our items as photographed. There may be minor changes due to the nature of using natural gemstones (where applicable) and due to the handmade process of our jewelry.
If for some reason you are not satisfied, you have 7 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused, and with all Adore Adorn packaging. You can email us for a return label: help@adore-adorn.com
2. If an item is made-to-order specifically for you, which means we have accommodated your special requests of any kind, we do not offer returns.
3. We do not process any refunds if the item has been broken, or if it’s been worn. We will return the item to you if this is the case. During our fulfillment process, your jewelry is inspected and packed with care to maintain that it does not arrive to you with any defects.
Please remember, in most cases, your order is made just for you! So, we can accommodate resizing unless of course, the error is our own. If we carry the item in stock, we are happy to switch out the sizing — no problem. If not, we now offer re-plating and re-sizing of your jewelry for a small fee. Just email us! We want you to have long-term happiness with your new investment.

We offer a 30-days warranty against manufacturing defects for items bought through authorized channels, providing repair or replacement during this time. After the warranty expires, repairs are available for a small fee.
Jewelry crafted from natural materials may have variations due to their inherent nature, but these variations are not considered defects. Our warranty doesn’t cover defects from customer misuse, neglect, or damage.

For domestic orders between November 24 and December 31: Items can be returned within 20 business days from the delivery date if they are unworn or unused. We will assess eligibility for a full refund upon receiving the item. Please note that a 20% restocking fee may apply based on the condition of the returned item, such as damage or clear signs of wear.

If you suspect that your package is lost, please promptly contact us at help@adore-adorn.com, providing your order number. We will make every effort to assist you in resolving the issue. It's important to note that Adore Adorn cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen orders once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend checking with your neighbors or building front desk to inquire if they may have received your package.
What is the biggest size you offer? Do you offer half sizes?
Sizes are 5-13. In some cases we offer half sizes as a pre-order item.
Do you have a physical store or a showroom?
Not at this time.
Is your jewelry made of Solid Gold?
Most of our jewelry hase 92.5% Silver as a base metal. On our fine collections, it starts at 10K solid gold and goes up from there. It's best to read each individual product description or ask us if you're still not sure.
Is your jewelry nickel-free?
100% yes!
How to clean and protect the gold plating and prevent the clouding of the stone?
Light polish from a soft cloth or soft toothbrush with soap and water. No jewelry cleaner as it may fade the plating. Clouding of the stones-- we suggest to not allow prolonged exposure to oils and in some cases water. Majority of our gemstones are natural and do require different types of care. Questions?
